     On 13 December 2016 Sultan Tengku Muhamad Faris Petra Ibni Sultan Ismail Petra mahkota has been appointed as chief executive officer Yang Dipertuan Agong. His real name is Tengku Muhamad Faris Petra Ibni Sultan Ismail Petra in Kota Bharu at the crown of prince mahkota. In October 1985 he also continued his studies at St Cross College, Oxford and Oxford Center for islamic studies for diplomatic studies. He graduated in 1991. He also involved in various welfare and sports organizations. He is passionate about sports such as racing and equestrian espeditions as well as sports and shoot and love wildlife. A part from being active, he also has an interest in preserving animals such as horses and deer. He himself made sure that his care was kept perfect. He has also been appointed Commander General (honor),Yang Mulia Tengku Mahkota Kelantan October 1985.  On 24th May 2009 he was later elected as acting governor of Kelantan, after Sultan Ismail Petra received follow-up treatment at Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Singapura. He also said to be deeply concerned about the affairs of the faith and also to the people, especially those who oppose their own jurisdiction. He is also concerned about the prosperity and harmony of the lives of ordinary people. This is evident in his actions addressing issues of social affairs and diversity. This is why he is the king of the people.
